Getting a puppy is an important decision for us – and we approach the selection of new homes for our puppies with the same care and responsibility.

Our goal is not just for our puppies to find a home, but to find the right home.

How we think about new families
Our puppies grow up in close contact with us and are part of our everyday life from the very beginning. That is why it is very important to us where they will go.

We are looking for homes where the dog will be a true member of the family – a companion for everyday life, not just a "dog in the garden".

When selecting new owners, we primarily consider:

  • lifestyle and daily routine
  • time and willingness to dedicate to the dog
  • understanding of the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever breed
  • expectations from living with a dog
  • approach to upbringing and training

There are no "right" or "wrong" answers – what matters is that the dog and the owner are a good match.

Our responsibility
As breeders, we take full responsibility for where our puppies go. Every decision we make is with regard to their future life and long-term well-being.

We care not only about the puppies, but also about the people who contact us. We believe that open communication and mutual trust are the foundation of a good relationship.

What you can expect from us

  • open and honest communication
  • assistance in choosing the right puppy
  • ongoing support even after the puppy leaves for its new home
  • genuine interest in the puppy's future development

What we expect from you

  • a responsible approach to dog ownership
  • willingness to invest time in training, activities, or work
  • respect for the needs of the breed
  • a long-term commitment

How the process works
If our kennel resonates with you, we would be happy if you contacted us and told us more about yourself, your lifestyle, and your expectations regarding life with a dog.

We would like to get to know you personally, or at least arrange a call. We see the selection of new owners as a shared process – it should make sense for both sides.

If you are looking for "a puppy as soon as possible", we are probably not the right choice for you.
However, if you are looking for a companion for many years, we will be happy to hear from you.

Information about planned litters
We do not maintain a long waiting list, as we prefer to approach each litter individually.

Information about planned litters is always shared on our website. Once the pregnancy is confirmed, we publish updates both on our website and on social media – and from that moment, interested applicants are welcome to contact us.

Selection and reservation process
Once applicants begin to contact us, we reach out to each of them and send our questionnaire. This helps us better understand your experience, expectations, and lifestyle.

Based on the questionnaires, we select applicants with whom we continue the process. We prefer to meet you in person, ideally during a visit to our home. If that is not possible, we offer at least a video call.

From these applicants, we create a shortlist. At this stage, we still do not know how many puppies will be born or their sex.

Final confirmation of whether a specific applicant will receive a puppy from a given litter is made only after the puppies are born, when we have all the necessary information to make a responsible decision.

We aim to conduct the entire process openly and with respect for both people and puppies.
